Before attaching each image:
- Crop out browser tabs, the desktop, notifications, filenames, and unrelated applications.
- Remove names, email addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, health information, notes, goals, reports, payment details, and internal identifiers.
- Check the filename and image metadata for identifying information.
Attach only the redacted images Support needs to understand the problem.
Send the request
Review the category, subject, description, reply email, and attachments before selecting Send Request. Sending the request creates a support ticket and transmits the entered information and attachments to iSpeax Support.
The How it works panel says a submitted request provides a ticket number and email copy. It also says Support usually replies by email within one business day and that you can continue the conversation by replying to the email.
